If you are on the Stockbride facebook page, you know that people are listing missing animals or found animals on there at least once a week!
The people of Stockbridge have been asking the town counsel for an animal shelter for as long as 4 years, and now their wish is finally coming true.
In a partnership with Ingham County and the Burst Family, the people of Stockbridge and neighboring county's will receive Perfect Paws Animal Shelter!
The shelter will be taking any dogs, cats, or birds that are found or given to them. They will also be rehoming animals!
The Burst Family has generously sponsered the new shelter! They have lived in the town of Stockbridge for 4 decades. Bill Burst, and his wife, Melanie, are
proud parents and grandparents. Their granchildren, Aiden and Zach, attend Stockbridge High School as Freshman. Bill stated, I love this town and the wonderful people
and animals in it. It is our pleasure to donate to such a great cause!
